2 children pulled from Coral Springs canal

Two children were pulled from a canal Wednesday afternoon in Coral Springs, fire rescue officials said.The children were rescued shortly before 1 p.m. in the 8500 block of Northwest 40th Street.Both of the children were taken to Broward Health Coral Springs. One is listed in critical condition and the other had minor injures, officials said.Circumstances that led to the children falling into the canal were not immediately released.Follow Local 10 News on Twitter @WPLGLocal10
