MassDOT secretary regrets ‘distraction’ caused by toll remarks

The state's transportation secretary, Monica Tibbits-Nutt, told the Business Journal that “the big thing I regret is the distraction it caused, especially in a conversation where we have an opportunity with this task force to figure out what are the potential revenue options.”
