Harbor Towers cuts ribbon on $20M flood-barrier project

Mayor Michelle Wu joined residents of Harbor Towers Condominiums on Wednesday by cutting the ribbon on the downtown waterfront property’s $20 million flood-resistance project that includes deployable barriers.
