Locust Point development's latest proposal 'just too much,' community members say

A revised plan for a new development in Locust Point has drawn ire from the community.Developers last year proposed a five-story, 60-foot office and retail project at 1401 Woodall and 1446 Stevenson streets that was rejected by neighbors of the community who said it was too imposing for their street of two and three-story rowhouses.After a few meetings, Goodier Partners, the developer, has come back with with a second option: a 100-foot residential development with 65 apartment units.
