PD: Man arrested in connection with gunfire that had bystanders taking cover

MADISON, Wis. - A 20-year-old man who has connections to both Madison and Milwaukee was arrested Thursday afternoon in connection with an Witnesses on Oct. 8 reported seeing a woman get out of a Chevy Cruze on John Nolen Drive and walk away shortly before the car's driver stopped in traffic, according to a release.
