Mineral Point man arrested for 4th OWI

The Wisconsin State Patrol DeForest Post arrested 33-year-old Allen Orth from Mineral Point Monday for his 4th offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence. The Badgers' absence from the NCAA tournament is going to impact local bars.
