7 burglary victims arrested, charged with kidnapping after man found locked in closet

Just before 4 a.m., Lubbock Police were called to the 2100 block of 33rd Street after shots were fired. During the investigation, police learned the victims of an attempted armed burglary were the suspects involved in the kidnapping of a man. Police found the kidnapping victim locked in an upstairs closet.
