Rams OLB Dominique Easley undergoes fourth knee surgery

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (AP) — Los Angeles Rams outside linebacker Dominique Easley underwent surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his knee Monday.
Rams coach Sean McVay expects Easley to be placed on injured reserve.
This is the fourth major knee surgery for Easley since 2011. Easley sustained his latest knee injury in the Rams’ 35-23 win over the Chargers in Week 3 and did not play against Minnesota last Thursday. He had four tackles in three games this season after moving from defen
