KSP: Woman Charged After Children Found Wandering In HWY

The paper reports that around 9:30 Sunday morning, Kentucky State Police received a call about children walking in the road on KY 339 north. Police located the children with the assistance of the caller, who had helped move the children to a safe place off the road.
