Over $400 Million Awarded To Local Universities

Higher Education Institutions in Texas’s 28th Congressional District will get over 436 million dollars in federal emergency relief funds. At least half of the funding must be used for financial grants to students struggling due to the pandemic. UTRGV and STC are expected to received funding.
