Congressman leads fight to expand World Trade Bridge in Laredo

With its four northbound lanes constantly tied up in an 18-wheeler traffic jam, U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Laredo, is pushing to expand the World Trade Bridge in Laredo.
