Walter Lee Bowen

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Walter Lee Bowen, age 87, of Frankfort, who passed away on August 12, 2026. Born on September 3, 1938, Walter was the son of the late Isaac Bowen and Goldie Bowen.
He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. After his military service, he built a dedicated career working for the Frankfort Plant Board, where he retired after many years of service.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judith Ann Bowen.He is survived by his two daugh
