Waffle House buys site for downtown Louisville diner

A restaurant chain known for its breakfast fare and 24-hour, 365-days-a-year service purchased a location in Louisville's Central Business District.Waffle House spokesman Pat Warner confirmed that the company purchased property at 209 S. First St., formerly the home of S.E. Davis pawn shop.
