Sheila Rae Anglen, of Frankfort, Kentucky, passed away on October 1, 2026, at Frankfort Regional Medical Center, leaving behind a lifetime of memories and laughter.
Sheila was born August 1, 1953, in Belleville, Illinois, to parents Raymond and Barbara Frantz who preceded her in death, as well as a brother, Steve Frantz.
Sheila was a dedicated mother and wife. Sheila and her husband, Dean, spent 27 years building a life for their family until Dean’s passing in 2016.
