RowdMap Inc., a Louisville startup, has hired a new executive vice president of transformation.Kai Tsai, who has executive experience with other health care companies, will take on a market and business development role, according to a news release.RowdMap has developed software to help health providers, health plans and other clients make better decisions about managing care services. The software pulls together a lot of health data from sources such as the federal Centers for Medicare and Medi
