Regina Hatter

Regina Carole (Perkins) Hatter, 69, of Frankfort, Kentucky, dearly beloved mother, wife, sister and aunt, passed away peacefully October 18, 2026, following a brief illness. She is deeply missed.
Regina was born in Frankfort, Kentucky, on October 9, 1957, to Flora and Kenneth Perkins. She was raised in Frankfort, graduating from Franklin County High School in 1976.
