The following calls were received by the Frankfort Police Department, Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, Frankfort Fire and EMS, and Franklin County Fire Department on Thursday:
• At 2:44 a.m., city firefighters were called to a rescue on St. Clair Street. A caller reported he was trapped in an elevator in the Market Square building. He was rescued at 3 a.m.
