Police, fire blotter (Sept. 15)

The following calls were received by the Frankfort Police Department, Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, Frankfort Fire and EMS and Franklin County Fire Department on Tuesday:
• At 5:43 a.m., officers took a theft report on East Main Street. A caller reported the driver’s door of a Nissan Versa was wide open.
• At 9:53 a.m., deputies at the sheriff’s office on River Bend Road took a fraud complaint.
