Police, fire blotter (Oct. 7)

The following calls were received by the Frankfort Police Department, Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, Frankfort Fire and EMS, and Franklin County Fire Department on Wednesday:
• At 9:01 a.m., deputies were notified of a sexual offense on Glencove Street.
• At 11:08 a.m., officers at the police station on West Second Street took an assault report.
• At 11:15 a.m., officers, city fire, and EMS were called to a structure fire at the McBrayer office space on West Main Street.
