Louis Dalton Tandy Sr., age 83, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. He was born on May 5, 1943, the son of Gavin McQueen Tandy and Mary Elizabeth Gatewood Tandy.He will be greatly missed by family and friends. Mr. Tandy retired from the Kentucky Department of Parks as the director of accounting in 2000.
