Local FFA students compete at Kentucky State Fair

Last week Franklin County High School FFA members traveled to Louisville to compete in the Kentucky State Fair.
Four students competed in the Kentucky Department of Agriculture School Garden Cooking Challenge where they received first place. Students grew produce in the school garden, created an original recipe using what they grew and presented how to cook it along with a taste test on the stage at the state fair.
