Franklin Circuit Court indictments (Oct. 13)

The following people were indicted by a Franklin Circuit Court grand jury on Tuesday:
• Judson Weaver, 58, of London, Kentucky, six counts of willfully filing or making false tax returns or failure to pay tax, a Class D felony.
• Kimberly Weaver, 52, of London, Kentucky, six counts of willfully filing or making false tax returns or failure to pay tax, a Class D felony.
• Kenya Collins, 26, of Frankfort, three counts of third-degree assault (healthcare provider) and third-degree as
