Franklin Circuit Court indictments (Aug. 18)

The following people were indicted by a Franklin Circuit Court grand jury on Tuesday:
• Katherine Sainte, 40, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, three counts of willfully filing or making false tax returns or failure to pay tax, a Class D felony.
• David P. Pittman, 26, of Frankfort, convicted felon in possession of a handgun and enhanced first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first offense, both Class C felonies; second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot
