Franklin Circuit Court indictments (Aug. 11)

The following people were indicted by a Franklin Circuit Court grand jury on Tuesday:
• Katlyn Parker, 40, of Frankfort, two counts of intimidating a participant in legal process, a Class D felony, and two counts of menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct, and public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol), all Class B misdemeanors.
• James L. Ferguson, 55, of Frankfort, three counts of torture of a dog or cat, a Class D felony, and four counts of second-degree cruelty
