Frankfort man racks up two assault charges

A Frankfort man has been charged with two counts of assault following a domestic disturbance Sunday morning.
At 11:21 a.m., Frankfort Police were called to a Tupelo Trail apartment complex after the female victim reported that her husband, Ryan Curtsinger, tackled her to the ground.
When the responding officer arrived they located Curtsinger walking across the street. He eventually stopped and as police attempted to detain him he began to resist by “flailing and refusing to place his hands
