Community mourns former Franklin Circuit judge

Roger Crittenden, former Franklin County Circuit Court judge, died on Monday at the age of 81.
After three years in the United States Army, including a tour in Vietnam, he went on to graduate from the University of Kentucky in 1975. Following graduation, Crittenden began his career in public service at the Kentucky Cabinet for Human Resources and the Kentucky Council on Higher Education.
