LAWRENCEBURG — Services for Cecil Thomas Harlow Sr., 75, husband of Janice Mae Grider Harlow, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home. Harlow died Thursday, Sept. 17.
