Carothers reappointed to serve on state panel

A Frankfort resident was reappointed to the State Advisory Panel for Exceptional Children by the governor recently.
LaCheena Carothers, who is a justice program administrator in the Department of Juvenile Justice, was selected for the post by Gov. Andy Beshear. Her term expires on June 20, 2029.
