Dead whale in Hudson River tied to barge to avoid hazard to ships: Army Corps of Engineers

A dead whale that surfaced in the Hudson River just off Caven Point in Jersey City has been tied to a barge so it's not a hazard to ships, the Army Corps of Engineers said.
