• Charles Braun will be the guest speaker at the Tuesday, Sept. 22 meeting of the Perry Township / Southport Historical Society. His topic will be “America’s Constellation of Constitutions.” Braun is an attorney and host of “Legally Speaking,” a Saturday morning radio program on WICR 88.7.
