Wrong-way driver faces new charges after a June 2 crash victim dies

At first, 28-year-old Nicole Bertoldi was charged with intoxicated assault. But last week, after the victim died of his injuries on June 16, Bertoldi's charge was upgraded to intoxication manslaughter.
