Wrong-way driver crashes, dies in hit-and-run on Eastex

A man driving a white van southbound in the northbound lanes of the Eastex feeder road swerved to avoid another car about 11 p.m. Saturday and crashed into a stand of trees near Rankin, Houston police said.
