Women to file appeal in rape-kit backlog case

Two women filed a class-action lawsuit in 2017 against the City of Houston, Mayor Sylvester Turner, Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo and other current and former officials for failing to test decades' worth of "rape kits" collected from rape victims as evidence.
