Wildlife refuge allowed to keep tiger seized from Houston home

The Cleveland Amory Black Beauty Ranch in Murchison has been caring for the tiger ever since a pot-smoking 311 caller found the feline in a cage on Feb.11 in a home at 9415 E. Avenue J. The tiger was taken to the refuge the same week.
