Where Ted Cruz and Beto O'Rourke will be campaigning this weekend

With the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court still undecided, U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz has announced he is remaining in Washington, D.C. over the weekend and will not be campaigning in Texas.
