U.S. education chief Betsy DeVos pledges $174M to Texas schools disrupted by Harvey

U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos announced Tuesday her department would give Texas schools more than $174 million in federal grant money to help with the cost of educating students displaced by Hurricane Harvey.
