Urban Harvest to lead new SNAP incentive program

Beginning in April, SNAP beneficiaries in Houston will  get a dollar for dollar match of up to $20 spent on local produce at 11 farmers' markets and farm stands across the city. This will allow them to go home with a total of $40 in fresh produce.
