Up to 11 inches of rain possible on Friday

Heavy rainfall is forecast from Friday night to Saturday morning, bringing 2 to 5 inches across nearly the whole region. In isolated areas, which are still unknown, rainfall levels could be more than double, at 10 or 11 inches, meteorologists said.
