Two teens die in possible racing-related crash in SW Houston

A Houston police officer saw two cars driving next to each other at high rates of speed, around 1:50 a.m., Houston Police Department Lt. Larry Crowson said. One of the drivers hit the other, causing the second car to spin out near Fuqua and Bathurst, he said.
