Two indicted for illegally dumping chemicals in southeast Houston

The owner and a manager of a chemical disposal company face 10 years in prison after being indicted for pouring hazardous chemicals into Houston's storm-drain system, prosecutors announced Friday."Some of the chemicals would burn the skin off your bones," said prosecutor Alex Forrest of the Environmental Crimes Unit of the Harris County District Attorney's Office.
