TV ads start in Houston congressional race

The first television campaign ads in the race to replace retiring U.S. Rep. Ted Poe in Congress are already hitting the airwaves. Republican Kathaleen Wall became the first candidate in the race to go release an ad, putting out a minute-long biographical television spot that talks about her upbringing, educational background and flashes images of her with President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.
