Tropical Storm Cindy aftermath: Body found in vehicle on Bolivar beach

A body has been found on the beach inside a vehicle mired in sand on storm-battered Bolivar Peninsula, which bore the brunt of Tropical Storm Cindy's winds and rains overnight Thursday along the Texas coast.
