Tony Buzbee heads out on private plane, but hasn't officially conceded

After the dust settled and 100% votes had been counted in Houston's mayoral race, contender Tony Buzbee left the city on his private plane Sunday.The morning after the runoff election, Buzbee posted on Instagram that he was leaving Houston for a little rest and relaxation. "We need a bit R&R, and then we will be back with a vengeance," he wrote. "Thank you for all the support!! We love you, Houston."
