Texas school violence forums begin Tuesday as pressure builds for special session

A series of forums beginning Tuesday will launch a top-to-bottom review of state law and safety procedures designed to prevent future mass school shootings like the one four days ago in Santa Fe that killed 10 and injured 10.Gov. Greg Abbott announced Monday that the first session will be held Tuesday at the State Capitol, with at least two others following on Wednesday and Thursday in Austin, to begin crafting an upgraded plan to prevent future attacks -- in what aides are touting as the most c
