Texas lawmakers praise Harvey funding - say more may be needed

While officials have given no definitive estimate on how much of the total emergency aid package will go to Texas, but Houston U.S. Rep. John Culberson said it is enough "to finish every federally authorized flood control project in southeast Texas."
