Texas groups join in lawsuit targeting Trump housing practices

A coalition of Texas and national civil rights groups filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the Trump administration, hoping to restore an Obama-era rule that forces state and local governments to crack down on segregated housing practices to get funding.
