Texas Dem runoffs: Big night, tiny turnout

Talk about a tiny blue wave.As the dust settled Wednesday from Tuesday's primary runoffs that picked the Democratic nominee for governor, historical statistics show the approximately 429,000 Democrats who voted were the smallest runoff turnout since 1920.That was back in the day when Princeton professor named Woodrow Wilson was president and Houston publisher William P. Hobby was governor.
