Texas breweries now may keep patios partially open again, according to TABC option

Don't give up on hitting the patio at your favorite Texas brewery just yet.  Last week, the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission introduced an option for temporary license modifications across the state. When you boil it down, breweries can now exclude outdoor beer gardens and patios from their on-site premises. This new option will allow guests to purchase their specialty beer to-go and then take their drink for a toast on the patio.
