Teen rescued from alleged human traffickers, constable says

Alex Devon Goodman, 20, was arrested and charged with felony promotion of prostitution after detectives with Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman's office received a tip last week about possible human trafficking activity taking place at the Frontier Inn Motel in the 16400 block of the North Freeway, according to a news release from the constable's office.
