Teen pageant winner, corgi head back to Texas Tech

With her trusty Welsh corgi and a new pageant crown, Kayla Black is heading back to Texas Tech University in Lubbock to live in an off-campus apartment for a sophomore experience she knows will be unlike anything she has experienced.
